2015 - Third Wednesday, May 20 - Speaker was: Francie Brentzel who gave a presentation on her grandfather Nicholas Kopp, a noted glassmaker and designer during the late 1800s and early 1900s.

2015 - Third Wednesday, September 16, Covered dish dinner at David Gestlerʹs lovely home. Dave was our September potluck host for the start of our 2015-16 year, and it was a lovely evening with perfect weather and a stunning collection to admire.

Club member Norene Beatty shared her ongoing research into the history of the 18th century Old Stone Tavern, an important part of Pittsburgh's early history.

Speakers:
November brought glass collectors and researchers extraordinaire, Carl and Marion Hearn, who gave us a unique and unprecedented program on glass insulators.
2015 - Christmas Party, December 16:
Our guest speaker at the Christmas Party was new club member Chip Cable.
Chip brought a marvelous collection of antique and vintage Christmas ornaments and his own beautiful carvings.
2016 - Third Wednesday, January 20:

Our Study Group, ably represented by Gil McGurl, gave us a preview of the educational display that was shown at our February Antique Show. The topic was "Pittsburgh: Lighting the World", featuring both common and rare examples of lamps and lighting.
2016 - Third Wednesday, March 16:

When Lynn Welker, our scheduled speaker for March, was unable to be with us, Tom Cooper - originally scheduled for April - gallantly stepped into the breach and brought us a fascinating program entitled Duncan: Pittsburgh to Tiffin. We enjoyed an informative overview of the company's history, and a beautiful display of representative pieces.
2016 - Third Wednesday, April 20:

Speaker: Jon Day, another of our extremely knowledgeable members, graciously agreed to host our April program, a kind of "show and tell" of rare and unusual Early American Pattern Glass.
2016 - Third Wednesday, May 18

Speaker: Dr. Royce Walters presented a program on Biedermeier glass. This was a wonderful evening featuring breathtaking 19th century glass artistry.

2016 - Third Wednesday, September 21 - covered dish dinner was a big success. A BIG THANK YOU to Dave Gestler for opening his home and providing the main course and to all the members who brought amazing dishes (especially the pickled beans!!!)
2016 - Third Wednesday, October 19 - Speaker was Kathy Hansen who talked on the early history of the Phoenix Glass Company.
2016 - Second Tuesday, November 8 - The club held a joint meeting with the Lowell Innes Society at the Heinz History Center where the guest, renowned EAPG expert Sid Lethbridge, discussed his book on Campbell, Jones & Company.
2016 - Third Wednesday, December 21 - CHRISTMAS PARTY Dinner meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel The speaker was author and club member Jay Hawkins talking on a brand new presentation on glass works of the Pittsburgh South Side ...
2017 - Third Wednesday, January 18 - Study Group presented “125 Years of Pitts-burgh Barware” that was seen by visitors at the February Antique Show.
2017 - Third Wednesday, March 15 - Speaker was planned to be Harley Trice with a presentation on the early glass of Southwestern Pennsylvania. A late March snow storm caused us to cancel the meeting.
2017 - Third Wednesday, April 19 - Harley Trice agreed to shift his presentation to this month! His topic was on early glass manufacture in southwestern Pennsylvania. He discussed such early manufacturers as O'Hara, Gallatin, Bakewell, Robinson and Bryce – particularly between the years 1797-1850.
2017 - Third Wednesday, May 17 - Speaker was our own Russ Crupe talking on Hazel Glass and Atlas Glass organizer / co-founder, and later President of the consolidated Hazel Atlas Glass Company, Charles N. Brady.

2017 - Third Wednesday, September 20 - covered dish dinner was a big success. A BIG THANK YOU to Dave Gestler who once again hosted our September pot luck and we got another chance to marvel at his collections and (I confess) drool over the Jaguar.

Sid Lethbridge,well-known author and glass historian speaking on the "Belmont Glass Works".
2017 - Third Wednesday, December 20 - CHRISTMAS PARTY Dinner meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. This was our first ever glass raffle, where members purchased tickets to win choice some great pieces of glass.
2018 - Third Wednesday, January 17 - Study Group presented a talk about their display that was seen by visitors at the February Antique Show. The subject was moulds, the mould making process and the men and companies who made the moulds which were used to produce the beautiful glass that we all love and collect. John Weishar, owner of Island Mould & Mch. Co., has agreed to come to our Exhibit on Saturday, February 17th to explain and/or answer questions about the mould making process. Additionally, he will bring a mould or two and a sample of the glass that was produced in the mould. We are all very excited that this expert will be on hand to help the attendees of the 43rd Pittsburgh Antiques Show and Sale learn more about this interesting subject.
2018 - Third Wednesday, March 21 - Planned speaker Julianne Agar was canceled do to another snow storm.
2018 - Third Wednesday, April 18 - Speaker Julianne Agar moved her presentation to April and spoke on her family history with the Tiffany Glass Company. Her relative, Charles T. Cook, was the first non-Tiffany family member to serve as president.
